Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible for the Texas & Oklahoma Panhandles on this afternoon and evening. At this time damaging winds up to 80 mph remain the primary concern. However, large hail and heavy rainfall still remain a possibility with any storm that may start. As for tornado potential, chances are low but not zero for a storm to produce one.
